At Sleepy Bear Honey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to food safety regulations, opened or used honey products are not eligible for return, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Non-Returnable Items
