We stand behind the care, quality, and craftsmanship that goes into each jar — and we want you to feel completely confident when you order.

That’s why we offer a 1-year return policy, one of the most generous in the industry.

From the day your package arrives, you have a full 365 days to request a return.

Damages & Issues

Please look over your order as soon as it’s delivered.
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong product shows up, contact us right away so we can fix it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

We’re unable to accept returns on these.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to request a return for the item you have.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Return-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to our facility due to unsuccessful delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), we will issue store credit for the full order amount.

Delivery Liability

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Sleepy Bear Honey is not responsible for theft or loss.

If your package goes missing after delivery:

  • Check with neighbors or complex offices

  • Confirm your address

  • File a report with local authorities if needed (package theft is a federal offense)

For best results, ensure your delivery location is safe and secure.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to avoid delays, so cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may still request a return once it arrives.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
